Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as HSE Officer in the Oil & Gas, Marine, Shipyard, or Heavy Fabrication industry.
- Certified K3/AK3 Umum is highly preferred.
- Experience in safety audits, safety inspections, and safety training.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple site activities under tight deadlines.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety compliance across site operations.
- Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification activities.
- Ensure all work activities comply with applicable HSE regulations and company standards.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, and safety training for employees and contractors Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system and ensure the safe execution of high-risk activities.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, and other departments to maintain a safe working environment.
- Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including reports required for P2K3 and environmental compliance (RKL-RPL).
- Support internal and external HSE audits and promote continuous improvement of the company's safety culture.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and workplace safety standards.
- Good understanding of P2K3 implementation and preparation of RKL-RPL documents.
- Able to conduct risk assessment (JSA/JHA), hazard identification, and incident investigation.
- Strong understanding of Permit to Work (PTW) systems and emergency response procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
