Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Supervisor, HSE Supervisor, Safety Officer, or similar position within Building Management, Commercial Buildings, High-Rise Buildings, Property Management, Construction, Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Industrial sectors.
Possess a valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert (AK3 Umum) Certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.
Certification as Occupational Safety and Health Supervisor (K3 Supervisor) or other Building Safety certifications will be an advantage.
Certified in Basic Fire Fighting, Fire Prevention, Fire Evacuation, and Portable Fire Extinguisher (APAR) Training.
Possess valid First Aid (P3K) certification.
Certified in Emergency Response Team (ERT) Training.
Certified in Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC).
Certified in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Permit to Work (PTW) implementation.
Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), and Electrical Safety certifications will be an advantage.
Able to work independently, lead teams, and perform effectively under pressure.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Ensure full compliance with applicable Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Ministry of Manpower regulations, company policies, Building Management standards, client requirements, and international best practices.
Supervise the implementation of Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs throughout Building Management operations.
Conduct routine safety inspections to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, fire hazards, and environmental risks within the building premises.
Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) procedures for high-risk activities, including hot work, confined space entry, work at height, electrical isolation, lifting operations, and contractor activities.
Conduct Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) for operational and maintenance activities.
Lead incident, accident, and near-miss investigations, prepare investigation reports, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor contractor compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements during maintenance, renovation, and operational activities.
Organize and conduct Safety Induction, Toolbox Meetings, emergency drills, fire evacuation exercises, and safety awareness programs.
Inspect fire protection systems, emergency equipment, evacuation routes, and emergency assembly points to ensure operational readiness.
Monitor compliance with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees, contractors, and vendors.
Coordinate emergency response activities during fire, medical emergencies, natural disasters, or other emergency situations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Occupational Health and Safety reports, inspection reports, incident reports, and performance statistics.
Support internal and external Occupational Health and Safety audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
Promote a positive safety culture through continuous coaching, monitoring, awareness campaigns, and safety improvement initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, including applicable Ministry of Manpower regulations, building safety regulations, fire safety regulations, and environmental compliance requirements.
Good knowledge of emergency preparedness, evacuation procedures, fire protection systems, and building safety operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
