Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, preferably from Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, Fire Safety, or related disciplines.
- Experience in Fire Fighting, Emergency Response, HSE, Occupational Health and Safety, Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Operations, or Security Services will be an advantage.
- Previous experience as a Fire Fighter in industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, oil and gas, mining, airports, military, or emergency response organizations is highly preferred.
- Having Fire Fighter training experience and certifications is a strong advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of performing emergency response duties.
- Willing to work in shift arrangements and emergency standby schedules.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly to fire incidents, emergency situations, and rescue operations within the manufacturing facility.
- Operate and maintain fire protection systems, firefighting equipment, and emergency response tools.
- Conduct routine inspections of fire extinguishers, hydrants, fire alarms, fire pumps, and other fire protection systems.
- Participate in emergency response drills, fire simulations, and evacuation exercises.
- Support fire prevention programs and promote fire safety awareness among employees.
- Identify fire hazards and recommend corrective actions to improve workplace safety.
- Assist in incident investigations related to fire, emergency response, and safety events.
- Maintain emergency response records, inspection reports, and firefighting equipment documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian fire safety regulations, occupational safety requirements, and company policies.
- Support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across manufacturing operations.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Technical Skills: Ability to operate fire extinguishers, hydrant systems, fire pumps, and fire suppression equipment. Knowledge of fire alarm systems, fire detection systems, and emergency response procedures. Ability to conduct fire safety inspections and identify fire hazards.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent teamwork and coordination abilities.
