Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, industrial, smelter, manufacturing, or heavy industry projects.
- Possess a valid HSE certification. General Occupational Safety Expert Certification (AK3 Umum) is preferred.
- Experience in natural stone installation, finishing, or material handling projects will be considered an advantage.
- Willing to work on project-based assignments and be deployed to site locations in Maluku.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE programs, policies, and procedures at project sites.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and ensure effective control measures are implemented.
- Perform routine safety inspections, audits, and site observations to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Ensure all work activities are conducted in accordance with approved Permit to Work procedures.
- Conduct safety induction sessions, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness programs.
- Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment by employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports and documentation.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and ensure emergency response equipment is available and operational.
- Collaborate with project teams to promote continuous improvement in HSE performance.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations, including Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety and Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012 concerning Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SMK3).
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Risk Assessment (RA), Permit to Work (PTW), Toolbox Meetings, and Incident Investigation.
- Good understanding of Indonesian HSE regulations and international safety standards.
- Able to conduct safety inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing HSE reports and documentation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
