Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of safety experience in heavy equipment, mining, or large-scale construction sectors.
Valid professional safety certification (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA 30, or local equivalents like AK3 Umum/Tambang).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and maintain the company's health and safety management system.
Evaluate operational hazards and implement practical controls to prevent injuries.
Ensure all units meet safety standards before being deployed to client sites.
Investigate accidents or near-misses to identify causes and prevent recurrence.
Conduct inductions and training sessions to promote a strong safety culture.
Act as the main point of contact for safety audits and government inspections.
Track and report safety metrics to the executive leadership team.
