Kualifikasi:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Min 2-5 years of experience in HSE Preferably in shipyard, marine, oil & gas.
- Certification in Occupational Health & Safety.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox meeting.
- Monitor and enforce safety compliance on site.
- Ensure proper use of PPE by all workers.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with supervisors, contractors and management on safety matters.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: HSE inspection & compliance monitoring. Risk assessment & hazard identification. Familiar with ISO 45001, ISO 14001. Safety documentation & audit support.
- Soft Skills: Communication & teamwork. Able to work under pressure and work as a team. Problem-solving skills. Good at speaking and writing (English).
