Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive professional experience in HSE, with a proven track record in Oil & Gas, Data Center, Heavy Construction, Engineering, or other high-risk industries.
- Deep expertise in HSE risk assessment, safety audits, field inspections, and technical safety training execution.
- Primarily located on-site in Pekanbaru, Riau, with preference for local candidates or those willing to travel/relocate immediately.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a 1–2 weeks notice period are preferred (candidates with up to 1 month notice will also be considered).
- Proven experience in Data Center / Level 3 (L3) high-availability infrastructure environments is considered a strong advantage.
- Certifications: Mandatory Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI or AK3 Migas certification. Certifications in Electrical Safety (AK3 Listrik / Teknisi K3 Listrik), ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, or Data Center Safety Standards are highly preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Establish, implement, and refine HSE processes, safety management systems, operational SOPs, and compliance frameworks from the ground up for critical facilities.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, including Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Method Statements for critical Oil & Gas and Data Center high-risk activities.
- Enforce strict Permit to Work (PTW) protocols for high-risk operations, including high-voltage electrical work, critical lifting, working at height, and confined space entry in mission-critical environments.
- Oversee daily safety inspections, electrical safety audits, and environmental compliance across sites to ensure zero downtime and strict risk mitigation.
- Design, develop, and deliver targeted HSE training programs, site inductions, and specialized safety briefings for internal engineering teams and sub-contractors.
- Lead thorough incident and near-miss investigations, utilizing root cause analysis (RCA) techniques to formulate actionable corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
- Serve as the primary HSE point of contact for client representatives, regulatory authorities, external auditors, and senior corporate leadership.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit routine health and safety performance reports, regulatory compliance documentation, and risk metrics for executive review.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: HSE system setup from ground up, Oil & Gas / Data Center L3 safety compliance, electrical safety auditing, HIRADC & JSA implementation, high-risk Permit to Work verification, incident investigation (RCA), and compliance reporting.
- Soft Skills: Executive stakeholder management, strategic communication, proactive hazard intervention, sharp analytical problem-solving, leadership under operational pressure, and high adaptability.
