Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or related technical disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HSE inspection and supervision in Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, EPC, Mining, or other heavy industrial projects.
- Demonstrated experience in heavy equipment, lifting equipment, tools, and site HSE inspections, including compliance monitoring, risk assessment, inspection reporting, and corrective action follow-up.
- Previous experience on the Tangguh LNG Project is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Certifications: Mandatory Ahli K3 Umum (Kemnaker / BNSP) or K3 Migas certification (Pengawas/Inspektur K3 Migas). Certifications in Rigging & Lifting Inspection (Rigger / Crane Inspector) from Kemnaker or MIGAS are highly desirable. Additional certifications such as Scaffolding Inspector, Heavy Equipment Inspector, or ISO 45001 Internal Auditor are an advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate, schedule, and lead comprehensive daily HSE inspections across all site project workfronts, including civil, structural, mechanical, piping, and electrical activities.
- Oversee rigorous technical safety inspections of heavy construction equipment, lifting appliances, rigging gear, pressure vessels, power tools, and temporary site facilities.
- Evaluate and verify lifting plans, critical lift calculations, Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessments (HIRADC), and Work Permits for high-risk operations.
- Monitor site compliance with project HSSE plans, statutory regulations, and client-specific safety procedures, issuing non-conformance reports (NCR) when necessary.
- Lead field follow-ups on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) resulting from safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
- Deliver specialized safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and technical HSE guidance to inspection personnel, equipment operators, and site sub-contractors.
- Compile detailed HSE inspection reports, equipment certification tracking registers, non-conformity trends, and audit summaries for project management and client reviews.
