Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor (S1) degree in any major.
- Experienced in 1-3 years in related position, preferably within coal mining or heavy industrial sectors.
- Certified in AK3 Umum (preferably also certified in Implementation SMKP, ISO 45001, and/or POP).
- Able to work under minimum supervision with high self-drive and discipline.
- Willing to be stationed full-time in Senakin, South Kalimantan.
- Own SIM A is preferred for site mobility across mining operational zones.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Safety & Health Officer to join our team at one of Indonesia's largest coal mining companies operating in South Kalimantan. This position will be based in Senakin, South Kalimantan. He/She will be responsible to plan, organize, supervise, and evaluate implementation of safety & health activities conducted by all employees and contractors with the objective of ensuring operational activities comply with government regulation.
- Plan, organize, and execute daily safety and health operational programs across pit, hauling road, and site infrastructure areas.
- Supervise employee and contractor compliance with national mining safety regulations, Kepmen ESDM No. 1827 K/30/MEM/2018, and internal company policies.
- Conduct routine site inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRADC), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) reviews for high-risk mining operations.
- Lead incident and near-miss investigations, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and ensure the effective implementation of corrective actions.
- Maintain and support emergency response systems, coordinating rescue readiness and site response protocols during operational emergencies.
- Organize safety inductions, toolbox meetings, safety talks, and occupational health awareness sessions for site workforces.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety and health performance reports for site management, the Head of Mining Technique (KTT), and regulatory bodies.

- Soft Skills: Assertive communication, active supervision, problem-solving, high adaptability, independence, and strong safety ownership.
- Hard Skills: Mining safety compliance, SMKP implementation, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), emergency response coordination, and statutory safety reporting.
