Kualifikasi:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Above in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of HSE experience, preferably in oil & gas.
- Management Experience: Previous experience managing or supervising HSE teams and implementing HSE programs.
- Relevant HSE certifications such as AK3 Umum/AK3 Migas, NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are an advantage, depending on the position and regulatory requirements.
- Valid industry training such as H2S, First Aid, Fire Fighting, BOSIET/HUET, Working at Height, Confined Space, or other client-required training is an advantage.
- Willing to travel and work at remote, onshore, offshore, rig, or project locations as required.
- Will Placed at Jakarta.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- HSE Management System: The HSE Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System. The role ensures that HSE policies, procedures, standards, and programs are effectively implemented across all operational and project activities.
- Risk Management: The HSE Manager leads the identification and assessment of workplace hazards and operational risks. This includes reviewing Risk Assessments, JSA, HAZID, HAZOP, and SIMOPS assessments and ensuring appropriate controls are implemented before high-risk activities begin.
- HSE Compliance and Auditing: The HSE Manager monitors compliance with company procedures, client requirements, legal regulations, and applicable industry standards. The position leads internal and external HSE audits, site inspections, and compliance reviews while ensuring that identified findings are properly addressed and closed.
- Incident Investigation and RCA: The HSE Manager leads investigations of accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and environmental events. The role ensures that appropriate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methods are applied and that corrective and preventive actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
- Emergency Preparedness and Response: The HSE Manager is responsible for maintaining effective Emergency Response Plans and ensuring that personnel are prepared to respond to emergencies. This includes organizing emergency drills, evaluating emergency response performance, and coordinating with relevant internal and external emergency response teams.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Strategic HSE policy formulation, SKK Migas CSMS compliance auditing, offshore/onshore rig safety management, well intervention safety oversight, emergency response leadership, incident investigation via Root Cause Analysis (RCA), environmental compliance reporting, and safety KPI analytics.
- Soft Skills: Executive leadership, strategic decision-making under high-pressure scenarios, assertive negotiation, clear cross-functional communication, adaptability to remote environments, high ethical integrity, and team mentoring capabilities.
