Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
AK3U Certification.
Min. 3 years of HSE experience.
Additional HSE-related certifications are a plus.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Conduct daily HSE inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company and client safety standards.
Monitor and verify the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and permit-to-work systems at site level.
Identify potential hazards and ensure proper control measures are in place and effectively implemented.
Support the HSE Manager and PMC team in ensuring all contractors adhere to HSE requirements and project specifications.
Prepare and maintain HSE inspection reports, non-conformance records, and corrective action follow-ups.
Participate in incident investigations, assist in determining root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
Verify the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure safety signage and barricades are adequate.
Conduct or assist in safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and safety training sessions.
Monitor environmental aspects of the project, including waste management and pollution control.
Provide regular feedback and recommendations to improve HSE performance across project sites.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Familiar with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) standards.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations, permit to work (PTW) systems, and contractor safety management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to prepare accurate inspection reports.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with multi-disciplinary teams.
