Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE inspection and supervision in Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, EPC, Mining, or other industrial projects.
- Proven experience in heavy equipment, lifting equipment, tools, and general site HSE inspections, as well as HSE compliance monitoring, risk assessment, inspection reporting, and safe work practices.
- Tangguh LNG Project experience is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Certifications: Mandatory Ahli K3 Umum (Kemnaker / BNSP) or K3 Migas certification (Pengawas/Inspektur K3 Migas). Certifications in Rigging & Lifting Safety, Scaffolding Inspection, Working at Heights, or Confined Space Safety are highly advantageous.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily site HSE inspections across civil, mechanical, structural, and piping construction areas to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Inspect heavy equipment, lifting appliances, rigging hardware, power tools, and safety gear prior to site entry and operational use.
- Verify Job Safety Analyses (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessments (HIRADC), and Work Permit compliances for high-risk activities such as hot work, confined space, and critical lifting.
- Monitor site compliance with project safety procedures, environmental policies, client HSSE requirements, and applicable statutory regulations.
- Follow up on non-conformance findings, tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure with site supervisors and sub-contractors.
- Conduct toolbox meetings, site safety inductions, and field safety briefings to reinforce safe work practices among project personnel.
- Prepare daily inspection logs, hazard observation reports, non-conformity notices, and weekly inspection metrics for the HSE Coordinator and site management.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Site HSE inspection, heavy equipment & lifting tool verification, JSA/HIRADC review, Work Permit auditing, hazard identification, non-conformance tracking (CAPA), and technical HSE report writing.
- Soft Skills: Assertive field communication, observational accuracy, firmness, problem-solving, situational awareness, and team collaboration.
