Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
HSE Leadership & Coordination:
Lead and supervise HSE activities across site operations (mining, processing, hauling, port, and supporting facilities).
Ensure all workers, contractors, and visitors comply with company and regulatory HSE requirements.
Coordinate with Site Manager, Department Heads, and Contractor Supervisors to implement HSE strategies.
Safety & Environmental Compliance:
Ensure compliance with Indonesian mining regulations (Kepmen, Permen ESDM), SMKP Minerba, BUMN corporate HSE guidelines, ISO 45001 & 14001 requirements.
Conduct internal audits and support external regulatory audits.
Risk Management:
Lead hazard identification (HIRADC), risk assessments, and control measure implementation.
Evaluate high-risk activities and ensure control measures are effective.
Conduct safety inspections, patrols, and audits.
Incident Investigation & Reporting:
Lead incident/accident investigations and prepare RCA reports.
Manage incident reporting system and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure timely escalation of serious incidents to management and regulatory bodies.
HSE Programs & Training:
Develop, implement, and monitor Safety campaigns, Toolbox talks and safety induction, Competency-based HSE training programs.
Facilitate ERT drills and emergency preparedness exercises.
Environmental Management Support:
Support compliance with environmental standards related to Waste management, Air & water quality, Land disturbance & reclamation, Hazardous materials and chemical handling.
Monitor and report environmental performance indicators.
Contractor Safety Management:
Evaluate contractor HSE performance and compliance.
Review contractor HSE plans, JSA, and PPE suitability.
Conduct joint inspections and enforce improvement actions.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare weekly/monthly HSE reports to Site Management & Corporate HSE.
Maintain complete documentation of PTW, Incident reports, Training records, Risk assessments.
Provide data for ESG, sustainability, and compliance reporting.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of Safety Management System (SMK3), SMKP Minerba (Mining Safety Management System), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), Occupational Health programs, Risk Management (HIRADC, JSA, Bow-Tie Analysis), Incident Investigation (RCA, TapRoot, 5-Why).
Strong ability to develop and implement SOPs, HSE plans, SWP, Emergency Response procedures, Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Familiar with mining HSE requirements High-risk activities (blasting, heavy equipment, working at height), Waste management, water quality, tailing, and environmental monitoring.
