Minimum education Diploma Degree (D3).
Min 3 years experience in HSE Leader.
Have certification K3 Umum.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ability to lead and influence safety culture within team and contractors.
Supervise safety activities in warehouse operations, equipment installation, testing & commissioning at client sites.
Conduct routine risk assessments, site inspections, and ensure proper mitigation controls are implemented.
Monitor compliance to Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO procedures, and safe working practices.
Deliver HSE induction and training programs for employees and contractors.
Investigate incidents/near misses and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are taken.
Maintain HSE performance records, documentation, and reports for internal and external audits.
Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and vendors to ensure safety requirements are integrated into work planning.
Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
Support emergency preparedness and response arrangements for operations and project sites.
Liaise with regulatory agencies and customers related to HSE matters when required.
