Kualifikasi:
  • Minimum S1 preferably from Engineering or equivalent HSE Science.
  • Must possess training certificate of HACCP.
  • At least 7 year’s experience as HSE Manager in food processing industry or catering Services for oil & gas industry with minimum 500 POB.
  • Having at least 3 years experience conducting compliance audit for both operational safety and food safety.
  • International experience in HSE practices is preferable.
  • Willing to be assigned in remote area.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Ensure the implementation of HSE policies is in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Coordinating the achievement of targets and work safety programs.
  • Carry out risk management activities, applicable report writing, industrial HSE compliance audits, emergency responses, HSE Training, HSE program development, incident investigation and data analysis.
  • Implementing and monitoring site-specific health, safety and environmental operations and tasks at the assigned job site
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Must have excellent knowledge in HACCP, Government Regulations on Food Safety, and other best practices in food industry.
  • Must have excellent knowledge in camp and catering operational safety.
  • Must have strong leadership and excellent analytical skill.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office operations.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.
