Kualifikasi:
  • Location: Jakarta, Indonesia.
  • Duration: 6 Month with possibility for permanent position.
  • Nationality: Indonesian.
  • Requirement: Minimum 10 years of experience.
  • Certified in K3 / Safety Expert (from Ministry of Labor) and additional certifications such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3, or OHSAS are highly preferred.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop HSE System Strategy and Management.
  • Conduct Factory Operational Safety Supervision.
  • Conduct Environmental Management & HSE Regulatory Compliance.
  • Organize Emergency Response and Preparedness.
  • Conduct Training, K3 Culture & Safety Campaign.
  • Conduct HSE Management Audit, Reporting, and Review.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Strong knowledge of local HSE laws and regulations (e.g., Ministry of Labor regulations, Environmental Law, etc).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills and able to influence and promote a safety first culture.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
