Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in any major from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years of professional working experience in the same field serving in an HSE management or senior supervisory role within civil construction, infrastructure, or heavy engineering projects.
- Certifications: Mandatory Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI or Ahli K3 Konstruksi (Utama/Madya) certification. ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / SMK3 Lead Auditor certification, CSMS Assessor certification, or Crisis Management training is highly desirable.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all HSE programs, safety policies, and environmental management frameworks across civil construction, bridge, highway, and infrastructure sites.
- Ensure complete statutory compliance with Indonesian Construction Safety regulations (K3 Konstruksi), SMK3 PP No. 50/2012, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and client HSSE directives.
- Lead high-level hazard identification, quantitative risk assessments, HIRADC reviews, Method Statement safety evaluations, and critical work permit protocols for complex infrastructure operations.
- Direct comprehensive investigations for all major workplace incidents, near-misses, or structural safety failures, applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensuring long-term CAPA implementation.
- Manage internal and external HSE audit programs, subcontractor safety management (CSMS), site environmental monitoring, and statutory compliance reviews with government bodies and client representatives.
- Oversee emergency response planning, site crisis management protocols, high-risk work safety oversight, and professional development programs for project HSE personnel.
- Formulate safety KPIs, compile comprehensive HSE performance statistics, and deliver executive reports and strategic safety recommendations to corporate leadership and project directors.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Strategic HSE management, civil infrastructure risk assessment, HIRADC/JSA review, SMK3 and ISO auditing, incident investigation (RCA), CSMS implementation, statutory safety reporting, and technical English documentation.
- Soft Skills: Executive leadership, strategic decision-making, assertive negotiation, cross-functional communication, conflict resolution, and high-pressure problem-solving.
