Kualifikasi:
- Preferably has 15 years of experience in HSE related roles, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial position based in Oleochemical Industry or FMCG Industry.
- Certified in K3 / Safety Expert (from Ministry of Labor) and additional certifications such as ISO 45001, ISO 14001, SMK3, or OHSAS are highly preferred.
- Willing to be based in Medan and mobile to KEK Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop HSE System Strategy and Management.
- Conduct Factory Operational Safety Supervision.
- Conduct Environmental Management & HSE Regulatory Compliance.
- Organize Emergency Response and Preparedness.
- Conduct Training, K3 Culture & Safety Campaign.
- Conduct HSE Management Audit, Reporting, and Review.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of local HSE laws and regulations (e.g., Ministry of Labor regulations, Environmental Law, etc).
- Strong communication and leadership skills and able to influence and promote a safety first culture.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
