Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Occupational Health & Safety, or Environmental Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HSE Manager in toll road infrastructure projects.
  • Holds a minimum of an Intermediate Expert Certification in Construction Safety (K3).
  • Willing to be assigned to Kediri on an 8:1 roster.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Liaise with government authorities & project stakeholders to ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
  • Develop, implement, & monitor HSE programs and ensure they align with company standards.
  • Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and oversee HSE planning and supervision across all project activities.
  • Facilitate communication between the company and on-site HSE personnel to ensure consistent safety practices.
  • Deliver HSE training programs (e.g., fire safety, first aid, emergency response) and ensure proper safety signage.
  • Investigate incidents, solve problems, and enforce SOPS to maintain high safety standards on project sites.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Proficient in designing and implementing Health, Safety, and Environment Management Systems for complex infrastructure projects, including highways, bridges, and toll systems.
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with SMK3, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.
  • Able to solve problems, investigate, observe, and provide input related to the Company's K3 aspects.
