Kualifikasi:

Minimum 5 years experiences at Managerial level in the field of Mining & exploration surface/ underground with various team background of culture, nation, ethnic.
University Graduate - preferably from Environmental/Occupational Health & Safety.
Minimum POM (Pengawas Operational Madya) holder.
Certified NEBOSH International General Certificate 1,2 & 3 are desirable.
Certified AK3/OHS Expert, Certifies SMK3 Auditor.
Others supporting Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Manage of EHS Roleteam, : EHS-MS development, implementation & SMKP Minerba audits in all projects in Indonesia.
Maintain EHS Management System is compliance with EHS policy, Guidelines, applicable standards(SMK3,SMKP Minerba etc) and instructions.
Manage a positive good relationship with all relevant department/employees, clients, government, local community where Indodrill is operating.
Make sure the compliance of Safety Management Systems through regular monitoring programs so on provide assurance that we meet our safety obligations for our people, business, legal, statutory, clients, community and shareholders.
