Kualifikasi:

A Minimum of 10 + years of progressive experience in Data Center Construction as HSE Manager.
A University/Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Health and Safety or a related in science/engineering discipline.
Certified in AK3U (Construction).
Added Advantages: Experienced in Singapore projects.
Salary : IDR 40 Million (Nett).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Responsible for the smooth implementation of the project from the HSE Aspect starting from the implementation procedures to the safety of the workforce at the work site.
Responsible for work safety and security at the project site.
Provide a report every time there is an incident or not so that there is good communication between HSE from the executor of the work and the employer.
Ensure that subordinates comply with the procedures and targets that have been programmed to implement occupational safety and health.
Responsible for communicating with government and other agencies to coordinate and handle external matters.
Coordinating with other divisions regarding the HSE program that must be carried out for all employees, and ensuring that every worker within the company must understand all existing K3 rules, apart from that the coordination aims as an encouragement to increase the level of awareness of each division of the company.
Promoting health, safety, environment for workers so that the level of employee awareness is higher and all employees understand and comply more and carry out the OHS program properly.
Ensuring that all employees in the Company have worked in accordance with established procedures or SOPs, because working according to SOPs is one of the reflections and benchmarks for workers to always work safely and securely.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good command of English and local language, both oral and in written is a must.
Strong record of developing/implementing robust processes and management systems, and in building productive collaborative relationships with internal/external business partners.
Excellent demonstrated project management skills are required, including the ability to lead teams, produce and maintain timelines.
Team player, excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of different cultures/work environments.
