OHS and Environmental Management System:
Develop and implement an OHS Management System based on ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Integrate HSE policies with company operations and certification (ISPO, RSPO).
HSE Team Leadership:
Lead central and site HSE teams (Safety Officer, EHS Supervisor, Emergency Response Team).
Establish individual and team HSE KPIs and conduct periodic evaluations.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure all company activities comply with labor, environmental, and plantation regulations (Law No. 13/2003, Ministerial Regulations on the Environment, Ministerial Regulations on Manpower, etc.).
Serve as the primary liaison for external audits and inspections by government agencies.
OHS Training and Culture:
Design and implement risk-based OHS, emergency response, and safety training.
Develop a sustainable occupational safety culture at all employee levels.
Audit and Investigation:
Conduct periodic internal HSE audits at all levels. Location
Lead incident investigations (LTI, Near Miss, Fatality) and prepare RCA reports and corrective actions.
Environmental Management:
Oversee hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, water and soil conservation, and emissions from production processes.
Prepare periodic reports to the Environment and Forestry Agency (DLHK), the Plantation Service, or certification bodies.
