Kualifikasi:
- Project Details - Location: Surabaya, Indonesia. - Duration: 18-24 months. - Employment Type: Project-based (under our company payroll). - Project Type: Storage Tank Construction.
- Each role offers valuable exposure to an international EPC project environment and the opportunity to work with an experienced global team. Application Requirements Interested candidates are required to submit: - Updated CV. - Current Salary and Expected Salary must be clearly stated.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of HSE experience (preferably in oil & gas, EPC, or tank projects).
- Experience in managing large-scale construction/project sites.
- Certifications & Training (Required/Preferred): AK3 Umum (General OHS Expert – Indonesia). ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor (preferred). NEBOSH IGC / equivalent international certification (preferred). HAZOP / Risk Assessment Training.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Lead risk assessments, HAZID/HAZOP, and incident investigations.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and reporting.
- Manage HSE team and drive safety culture on site.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and authorities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Soft Skills: Leadership & team management. Strong communication & stakeholder management. Problem-solving & decision-making. High integrity & safety mindset. Fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Hard Skills: HSE management system implementation. Risk assessment & incident investigation. Safety audit & compliance management. Project safety planning (construction/site). Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations.
