Bachelor's degree in environmental or a related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in HSE coordinator/Manager or a similar role.
Prioritize in Batam domicile.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Develop, implement, and monitor the company’s HSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with corporate and project-specific requirements.
Ensure compliance with local and international safety and environmental regulations related to offshore operations.
Lead and coordinate safety programs for all offshore activities, including fabrication yards, modules, jackets, and FPSO-related projects.
Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Supervise and guide HSE teams, providing training and mentorship to ensure competence and performance.
Liaise with project management, clients, and regulatory authorities to report on HSE performance and compliance matters.
Manage environmental protection initiatives, including waste management, pollution control, and energy efficiency measures.
Prepare and present HSE reports, KPI dashboards, and safety statistics for management review.
Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Bilingual in English and Indonesian & Proficiency MS Office Application.
Must be able to work independently or Team Work.

Knowledge of on-site safety management & overall coordination.
Leading and embedding a greater HSE focus and culture in all elements of our operations.
Advanced knowledge and application of HSE principles, regulations, and best practices and experience in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementing corrective measures.
Proven experience managing a diverse workforce and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills for providing guidance, support, and leadership in resolving HSE-related matters and strong communication skills to effectively convey HSE policies, procedures, and standards to all levels of the organization.
Execute regular audits of company operations to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and internal policies and ability to develop and implement HSE improvement plans based on audit findings.
Proficiency in data analysis to assess trends, risks, and performance metrics for reporting purposes and prepare detailed reports on HSE performance, incidents, and compliance for project management and regulatory bodies.
