Kualifikasi:

Min. 2 years experience in the same position on BUILDING CONSTRUCTION projects.
Education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
General OHS / Ahli K3 Umum (AK3 Umum) certification (mandatory).
Construction Safety certification (AK3 Construction) is a strong advantage.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs at construction sites.
Conduct risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
Assist in investigating accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Conduct safety induction for new workers and subcontractors.
Monitor subcontractor compliance with HSE requirements.
Support internal and external HSE audits.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Must be able to speak English, both spoken and written.
Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and local HSE laws.
Ability to prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records.
Ability to conduct risk assessments (HIRA/JSA) for construction activities.
Strong communication skills to deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
