Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Public Health, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 2–3 years of proven offshore or harbour operational experience within the Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore, Port, EPC/EPCI, Logistics, or Energy industries.
Possess a valid T-BOSIET (OPITO) certification.
Possess a valid AK3 Migas (Oil & Gas Occupational Safety Expert) certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia.
Experience in harbour safety management, marine logistics, vessel loading and unloading, lifting operations, personnel transfer, cargo handling, dockside operations, and simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) will be an advantage.
Physically fit and willing to work on rotational schedules if required.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs for harbour and marine operations in compliance with company procedures, client requirements, Indonesian regulations, and international standards.
Conduct routine HSE inspections of harbour facilities, jetties, vessels, loading areas, cargo handling activities, lifting operations, and personnel transfer activities.
Ensure compliance with Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and safe work procedures before operational activities commence.
Monitor vessel berthing, cargo loading and unloading, marine logistics, heavy lifting, fuel transfer, and simultaneous operations (SIMOPS) to ensure safe execution.
Conduct Safety Induction, Toolbox Meetings, and safety awareness campaigns for employees, contractors, visitors, and vessel personnel.
Inspect Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), firefighting equipment, lifesaving appliances, spill response equipment, and emergency facilities to ensure operational readiness.
Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental incidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, inspection reports, incident reports, safety observations, and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with Harbour Master, Marine Operations, Client Representatives, Vessel Masters, Contractors, and Project Management to ensure safe and compliant harbour operations.
Promote a strong safety culture by encouraging hazard reporting, safety observations, continuous improvement, and compliance with HSE requirements.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Good understanding of Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety regulations, Oil & Gas safety regulations, marine safety requirements, port operations, and international standards, including IMDG Code, ISPS Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, and relevant OPITO guidelines.
Familiar with Permit to Work (PTW), Toolbox Meetings, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and emergency preparedness procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
