Kualifikasi:
  • K3 Umum Certification (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in construction safety, SMK3, fabrication safety, and/or shipyard environments.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field
  • Willing to be placed in Kalimantan.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Enforce and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with national safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct safety inductions, briefings, and awareness sessions.
  • Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and propose actionable mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor site activities to eliminate unsafe acts and conditions.
  • Oversee proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
  • Keep thorough records of safety inspections, training, and incidents.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary HSE documentation and reports.
