Kualifikasi:
- K3 Umum Certification (mandatory).
- Proven experience in construction safety, SMK3, fabrication safety, and/or shipyard environments.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field
- Willing to be placed in Kalimantan.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Enforce and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards across our operations.
- Ensure full compliance with national safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct safety inductions, briefings, and awareness sessions.
- Identify potential hazards, assess risks, and propose actionable mitigation strategies.
- Monitor site activities to eliminate unsafe acts and conditions.
- Oversee proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Keep thorough records of safety inspections, training, and incidents.
- Prepare and manage all necessary HSE documentation and reports.
