Minimum education: Diploma (D-3) or Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
Minimum of 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
Possession of an HSE certification (such as General HSE Expert / Ahli K3 Umum) is a must.
Willing to work full-time.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Develop, oversee, and maintain the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management system.
Ensure that all operational activities comply with applicable HSE standards and regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and workplace risks.
Prepare HSE performance reports and conduct incident investigations in the event of workplace accidents.
Provide training and coaching on HSE-related topics to all employees.
Communicate effectively with all levels of staff, including contractors and external parties.
Prepare and maintain all HSE-related documentation.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Strong understanding of HSE regulations and standards.
Ability to conduct risk assessments and analyze the causes of workplace accidents.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
