Kualifikasi:
  • Bachelor Degree/Vocational education.
  • Min. 1 years experience in the same position.
  • Having POP and AK3 Umum.
  • Have experience about Emergency response.
  • Having Integrity and Good Atitude.
  • Can join ASAP.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • HSE Monitoring & Inspection: Conduct routine inspections in mining operational areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Identify unsafe acts and conditions and report or initiate corrective actions.
  • Daily and Weekly Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate daily and weekly HSE reports including hazard logs, incident records, and inspection findings. Maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with company and government HSE requirements.
  • Permit to Work (PTW) Supervision: Monitor the issuance, compliance, and closure of PTWs. Ensure that high-risk activities (hot work, confined space, working at height) are executed safely.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Participate in and support emergency drills (fire, medical, spill). Ensure emergency response equipment is available, inspected, and functional.
  • Safety Promotion & Leadership: Lead or assist in Toolbox Talks, Safety Inductions, and on-site safety briefings. Promote a strong safety culture among employees and contractors through consistent communication.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Having leadership and accurate managing report.
  • HIRADC / JSA preparation and hazard control application.
  • PTW (Permit to Work) monitoring and issuance process.
  • Emergency response preparedness and participation in drills.
  • Daily inspections and toolbox meeting facilitation.
  • Incident/accident reporting and investigation assistance.
  • Basic environmental awareness (waste handling, spills).
  • Familiar with mining safety standards and K3LH policies.
