Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor the HSE management system across shipyard, precast, and ready-mix operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable HSE regulations.
Conduct routine HSE inspections and audits at shipyard, plant, and project sites.
Supervise high-risk activities and ensure proper control measures are in place.
Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE awareness programs.
Report, investigate, and follow up on accidents, near misses, and environmental incidents.
Maintain HSE records, statistics, and reports for management and authorities.
Support emergency preparedness, fire prevention, and response drills.
Promote a strong safety culture and continuous HSE improvement across operations.
