Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma Degree in any major. Candidates with educational backgrounds in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields will be preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as an HSE Officer, Safety Officer, HSE Staff, or in a similar role within construction, real estate, infrastructure, or building projects.
- Experience in hotel, hospitality, commercial building, or high-rise construction projects will be an advantage.
- Mandatory possession of a valid General Occupational Safety Expert Certificate (AK3 Umum).
- Willing to be based at the project site in Berawa, North Kuta, Bali.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor HSE programs, policies, and procedures across all project activities.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations, company standards, and client requirements.
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and implement appropriate control measures.
- Perform routine safety inspections, audits, and site observations to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Ensure all work activities are carried out in accordance with approved Permit to Work procedures.
- Conduct safety induction sessions, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness programs for employees and contractors.
- Monitor the proper use of personal protective equipment and ensure adherence to safe work practices.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports for management and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities and ensure emergency response equipment is available and operational.
- Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and subcontractors to continuously improve HSE performance.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Indonesian occupational health and safety regulations and their implementation in construction projects.
- Familiar with Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (SMK3), Construction Safety Management Systems (SMKK), and ISO 45001:2018.
- Good knowledge of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), safety inspections, incident investigations, and emergency response procedures.
- Able to proficiently speak, read, understand, and write English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
