Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other related field.
Male, maximum age 35 years old.
Certified Ahli K3 Umum from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemanker RI).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HSE, preferably in port operations, stevedoring, or heavy equipment industries.
Experienced in emergency preparedness & response planning (fire drill, first aid, evacuation, spill control).
Must hold a valid SIM A (able to drive for site inspections).
Willing to work outdoor/operational port environments.
Agile, disciplined, and committed to continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and regulations within the port operation areas.
Conduct daily inspections and safety observations to ensure compliance with safe work practices.
Lead Toolbox Meetings and Safety Briefings for all operational teams before commencing work.
Record and report all incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions to management for corrective actions.
Coordinate with operational and maintenance teams to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
Maintain HSE documentation and records, including inspection checklists, permits, and incident logs.
Support the HSE Supervisor/Manager in developing and updating safety plans and training programs.
Promote continuous improvement in safety performance through regular reviews and employee engagement.
Ensure the company complies with all national safety and environmental regulations and port authority requirements.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge and proven application of -HSEMS standards. -Indonesian K3 regulations (UU No.1/1970, PP No.50/2012, K3 Permenaker). -Risk Assessment (HIRADC), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Incident/Accident Investigation.
Skilled in safety inspection, internal audit, and regulatory compliance reporting (e.g., P2K3 reports, waste reports, Ministry submissions).
Competent in contractor HSE management and ensuring compliance at site operational areas (workshop, container yard, vessel, and port terminal).
Proficient in conducting safety induction, toolbox meetings, and safety leadership sessions.
Strong ability to analyze HSE performance data and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management and regulatory bodies.
Computer literate (Ms. Office, HSE software, reporting systems).
Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to coordinate with HR, Operations, Engineering, and external stakeholders.
