Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (D3/D4/S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Public Health, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in Data Center construction, EPC, MEP, building construction, industrial facilities, or infrastructure projects.
- Possess a valid AK3 Umum certification issued by the Ministry of Manpower. Additional certifications such as Construction Safety (K3 Konstruksi), First Aid, Fire Fighting, Confined Space Entry, Working at Height, Scaffolding Inspector, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, or ISO 14001 Internal Auditor will be an advantage.
- Willing to be assigned to the project site in Deltamas, Cikarang.
- HSE Officer : 1 Head Count.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental programs in accordance with company policies, Indonesian regulations, and client requirements.
- Conduct routine site inspections, safety patrols, audits, and compliance monitoring to identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions.
- Prepare and review HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment, Method Statements, and Permit to Work documentation before work execution.
- Monitor high-risk activities including work at height, lifting operations, confined space entry, electrical works, excavation, hot work, and MEP installation.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox meetings, HSE awareness campaigns, and ongoing safety training for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance with project HSE procedures.
- Support emergency preparedness activities, emergency drills, fire prevention programs, and evacuation exercises.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, safety statistics, inspection records, incident reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health regulations, SMK3, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, HIRADC, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), emergency response procedures, and incident investigation.
- Familiar with high-risk construction activities including lifting operations, electrical works, confined space entry, hot work, work at height, excavation, and MEP installation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing HSE reports, inspections, audits, safety statistics, and documentation.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.
