Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience working directly on drilling rigs within the oil, gas, or geothermal onshore drilling sectors.
- Proven experience in preparing and submitting comprehensive HSE reports to internal management and client teams.
- Currently based in the JABODETABEK area and willing to travel or relocate to onshore drilling rig sites across Indonesia.
- Certifications: Mandatory valid AK3 Migas (Level Operator or Pengawas) or Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification. Valid H2S Safety Awareness, First Aid (P3K), or Fire Fighting certifications are highly preferred. Rigging & Lifting, Well Control Safety, or ISO 45001 awareness certificates are distinct advantages.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily HSE inspections, hazard identification, and safety surveillance across onshore drilling rig floors, mud pits, power generation units, and camp facilities.
- Review, verify, and enforce the implementation of Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and Permit to Work (PTW) systems for high-risk drilling operations.
- Conduct HSE training sessions, site inductions, and daily Tool Box Meetings for rig crews, field technicians, and service sub-contractors.
- Ensure strict compliance with well control safety protocols, hydrogen sulfide (H2S) safety monitoring, chemical handling procedures, and industrial waste management practices on site.
- Conduct comprehensive incident investigations, identify root causes using recognized methodologies, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor the operational readiness of rig site fire fighting systems, emergency escape apparatus, life-saving appliances, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, statistical summaries, and audit findings to the internal operational team and client representatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Onshore drilling rig safety oversight, AK3 Migas/AK3U compliance, JSA & Work Permit verification, H2S safety monitoring, root cause incident investigation (RCA), HSE training facilitation, and technical report compilation.
- Soft Skills: Strong site communication, proactive hazard intervention, sharp observational detail, decisive crisis response, clear training delivery, and effective team coordination on site.
