Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/K3), Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Public Health, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in EPC, EPCM, construction, mining, manufacturing, fabrication, power plant, or heavy industrial projects.
- Possess a valid General Occupational Safety Expert (AK3 Umum) Certificate issued by the Ministry of Manpower of Indonesia.
- Additional certifications such as ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, ISO 14001 Internal Auditor, Basic Fire Fighting, First Aid (P3K), Confined Space, Working at Height, Rigging, Scaffolding Inspection, Incident Investigation, or Risk Assessment will be an advantage.
- Experience in construction site safety management, fabrication activities, lifting operations, heavy equipment, hot work, confined space entry, work at height, and electrical safety.
- Willing to work on a roster system and be assigned to the Project Site in Kalimantan.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems in compliance with company standards, client requirements, and Indonesian regulations.
- Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and workplace monitoring to ensure compliance with HSE procedures.
- Perform hazard identification, risk assessments, JSA, HIRADC, and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Lead safety induction programs, toolbox meetings, safety campaigns, and HSE awareness initiatives.
- Monitor Permit to Work implementation and ensure compliance during high-risk activities, including lifting operations, confined space entry, hot work, excavation, and working at height.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions, and prepare comprehensive investigation reports with corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, fire protection inspections, evacuation drills, and emergency response exercises.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports, including safety performance indicators and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with project management, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure full compliance with HSE requirements.
- Support internal and external audits, including SMK3, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and client HSE assessments.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, including SMK3 implementation, Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), incident investigation, emergency response, and environmental management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of preparing HSE reports and documentation.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal, will be an advantage.
