- Possess a valid K3 umum certification from Kemnaker.
- Placement in Batam.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- At least graduated from Diploma-III in any major.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and update the HSE Plan in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Monitor progress and ensure alignment with safety objectives.
- Follow up on all safety observation reports with the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that corrective actions are implemented and closed in a timely manner.
- Assist in investigating workplace accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
- Prepare incident reports and track corrective action completion.
- Maintain accident/incident records in compliance with legal requirements.
- Support safety training programs for employees and contractors.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings.
- Assist in developing safety posters, signs, and awareness materials.
- Maintain safety documentation, permits, and inspection records.
- Participate in emergency drills and first aid response activities.
- Inspect and maintain emergency equipment (fire extinguishers, first aid kits, etc.).
- Assist in updating and implementing emergency response plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve safety processes and culture.
- Support implementation of new safety initiatives and technologies.
- Conduct and Schedule regular safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and work practices.
- Assist in preparing and participating in internal and external safety audits.
- Report unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Fluent in English both written and oral is a must.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Understanding of risk assessment and hazard control.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good influence skill.
