Kualifikasi:
  • Minumum 5 years as HSE officer / engineer in construction job at project oil and gas, energy.
  • Bachelor Degree in related position.
  • Having certification of K3 Migas.
  • Based in Cilacap / All area in Indonesia.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
  • Develop, implement and maintain the project HSE management system in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct HSE risk assessments and develop control measures to mitigate identified risks.
  • Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents and develop recommendations to prevent their reoccurrence.
Harus punya keterampilan:
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong focus on safety and environmental stewardship.
  • to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate HSE risks.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards, including local and international regulations.
