Minimum 1 year experience (In a manufacturing sector).
Have a valid General K3 certification (AK3 Umum).
Minimum education D3/S1.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
Identifying OHS hazards in the workplace.
Regular K3 and environmental inspections throughout the company environment.
Internal Audit HSE.
Ensure all emergency equipment (APAR, first aid kit, sprinkler, emergency lights, smoke detector, heat detector, exit lights, assembly point, etc.) is installed.
Conduct safety talks or briefings and training on HSE.
Investigations into work accidents in the factory.
Monitor employee compliance with HSE regulations.
Work closely with the Compliance Manager and collaborate directly with me.
Harus punya keterampilan:
Understand and comprehend HSE regulations and buyer standards.
Able to provide briefings and training to employees regarding HSE.
Good English communication skills.
Able to identify conditions and actions that are dangerous to HSE in the workplace.
