Kualifikasi:

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HSE.
Bachelor's degree in HSE or a related field.
Certified in General K3 (Ahli K3 Umum).
Able to join ASAP.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure the residential complex complies with all applicable HSE regulations and internal standards.
Conduct routine inspections in all common areas, mechanical rooms, parking areas, and high-risk zones.
Supervise safety compliance for contractors performing maintenance, renovation, or repair work inside the complex.
Conduct regular fire drills and evacuation simulations with building occupants.
Deliver HSE induction for contractors and new staff.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Good knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, safety inspections, emergency response procedures.
Understanding of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
