Kualifikasi:
- Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Nursing or a related health field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in occupational health, industrial clinics, or emergency medical services, preferably in manufacturing or workshop environments.
- Must hold a valid STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi), as applicable.
- Must hold valid certificates in HIPERKES, AK3U (Ahli K3 Umum), BCLS/BLS, and First Aid.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with HR, HSE, and relevant departments.
- Subject: HSE Paramedic.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily site clinic operations, maintaining emergency medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, first aid kits, resuscitation equipment, and trauma care facilities across workshop and project areas.
- Provide immediate emergency response, basic and advanced life support, triage, and initial medical treatment for workplace injuries, acute illnesses, or medical emergencies occurring on site.
- Monitor employee Medical Check-Up (MCU) results, conduct pre-employment and periodic health assessments, analyze health trends, and identify potential occupational illnesses (Penyakit Akibat Kerja / PAK).
- Implement and administer site occupational health programs, medical surveillance, ergonomics monitoring, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and industrial hygiene assessments.
- Evaluate industrial hygiene hazards, including noise exposure, chemical vapors, welding fumes, heat stress, and dust levels in fabrication shops, recommending engineering and administrative controls.
- Participate actively in routine HSE site inspections, risk assessments (HIRADC/JSA), daily safety briefings (toolbox talks), and safety induction programs for new employees and contractor crews.
- Assist in workplace incident investigations, providing medical casualty assessments, injury classification, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) support, and tracking return-to-work care plans.
- Collaborate closely with HR, HSE, and operational departments on employee wellness campaigns, health education, blood donor drives, and medical evacuation (Medevac) protocols.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records, employee health profiles, clinic utilization logs, and statutory occupational health reports for submission to management and regulatory authorities.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Have practical skills in emergency response, first aid, and initial treatment of workplace injuries.
- Understand occupational health programs, employee health assessments, and medical surveillance.
- Understand industrial hygiene, occupational health hazards, and applicable HSE regulations.
- Able to monitor employee MCU results and identify potential occupational illnesses.
- Understand basic HSE procedures, hazard identification, and risk assessment.
- Able to participate in HSE inspections, safety briefings, and incident reporting.
- Have good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
