Kualifikasi:

Employment type: Full-time, permanent employment with 3-month probation period Placement: Head Office (Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta).
Certified Ahli K3 Umum.
Experienced in HSE inspections.
Experienced in handling CSMS (Contractor Safety Management System).
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Willing to travel and be temporarily assigned to project sites across Indonesia as required.
Available to join ASAP is preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE programs and procedures.
Conduct HSE inspections and safety observations.
Prepare and review JSA (Job Safety Analysis) & work permits.
Handle Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) processes.
Promote and maintain 5R workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with safety standards during project activities.
Prepare HSE reports and corrective action follow-up.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
Strong understanding of work permits (general, working at height, lifting, hot work) & JSA preparation.
Familiar with 5R program.
