- Bachelor's degree (S1) in related field.
- Preferable having K3 Umum Certificate.
- Proven experience working as an HSE or in a similiar role, preferably in Migas Sector.
- Willing to work in East Kalimantan, Penajam Paser Utara.
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and ensure the implementation of HSE policies and procedures at the job site.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure mitigation measures are implemented.
- Providing socialization to employees regarding occupational safety standards and emergency response procedures.
- Prepare HSE reports and submit improvement recommendations to management.
- Supervise the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and ensure workers' compliance with safety procedures.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
- Thorough understanding of HSE regulations.
- Able to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in the workplace.
- Good communication skills to increase HSE awareness in the work environment.
