Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
Preferable having HSE Certificate (Kemnaker).
Proven experience working as an HSE or in a similiar role, preferably in Construction Sector.
Willing to work in Tenayan, Riau.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement HSE policies and procedures across all civil and steel construction projects.
Conduct daily safety inductions and briefings for all workers and contractors on the project site.
Ensure all construction activities (excavation, erection, welding, lifting, etc.) comply with occupational safety standards.
Conduct routine inspections of work equipment, PPE, scaffolding, and work areas to ensure safe and proper conditions.
Identify potential hazards in the field and implement preventive and corrective actions.
Prepare reports on work accidents, near misses, and corrective actions in accordance with company procedures.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Through understanding of HSE regulations.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
Able to perform hazard identification and risk analysis (HIRADC) in the project environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to create documentation and inspection reports.
