Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum 1–2 years of HSE experience in fabrication, shipyard, or Oil & Gas construction environments.
Certification in NEBOSH International General Certificate, IOSH, or local HSE competency certification (AK3U) is preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Support management in developing and updating HSE management plans and documentation.
Conduct Hazard Identification (HAZID), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Risk Assessments for fabrication, lifting, welding, machining, and installation activities.
Supervise daily HSE compliance at workshops, yards, and project sites.
Conduct HSE induction and orientation for new employees and contractors.
Prepare detailed HSE incident reports and ensure timely corrective action.
Maintain accurate HSE documentation including inspection checklists, reports, and performance records.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Ability to develop HSE documents: HIRA, JSA, Toolbox topics, Emergency Procedures, and Safety Plans.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage workers at all levels.
Leadership presence and ability to influence safety behavior on the shop floor.
