Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HSE roles within manufacturing or heavy industry environments, preferably in precision tooling or machinery fabrication.
- Certifications: Valid Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certification issued by Kemnaker RI or BNSP. Internal Auditor certification for ISO 45001, ISO 14001, or ISO 9001 is highly desirable.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily HSE inspections, hazard identification, and risk control monitoring across precision machining, welding, assembly, and metal fabrication workshops.
- Develop, implement, and review Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Control (HIRADC), and Work Permits for high-risk manufacturing operations.
- Interpret, apply, and enforce local environmental and safety regulations, ensuring full compliance with national labor laws and industrial hygiene standards.
- Maintain and support internal and external audit systems aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Lead initial incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, compile accurate safety reports, and enforce actionable corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.
- Organize and conduct safety inductions, shop-floor Tool Box Talks, and targeted EHS training programs for operators, technicians, and contractors.
- Oversee industrial waste management, chemical handling protocols, machine safeguarding compliance, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) distribution across production lines.
- Utilize digital HSE reporting tools to track safety statistics, audit findings, and compliance metrics for management review.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Hard Skills: Manufacturing risk assessment (HIRADC/JSA), ISO 45001/14001/9001 auditing, local safety regulation compliance, machine safety oversight, HSE reporting software proficiency, incident investigation, and industrial waste management.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, conflict resolution, safety enforcement negotiation, initiative-driven mindset, high accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.
