Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree in HSE, Engineering, Security Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HSE and/or Security (FMCG/manufacturing preferred).
Certifications (Preferred): AK3U / equivalent HSE certification. Security-related certifications (Gada Pratama or equivalent).
Experience in risk assessment, incident handling, and site security operations.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Ensure implementation of HSE and security policies & procedures.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Monitor and manage site security operations (access control, patrol, incident response).
Lead safety induction, toolbox meetings, and awareness programs.
Handle incident investigations (safety & security) and corrective actions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (authorities/vendor security).

Harus punya keterampilan:

Hard Skills: Strong understanding of HSE regulations & security management systems. Security system & access control management. Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment & reporting.
Soft Skills: Strong coordination & leadership. Communication & decision-making. Attention to detail & discipline.
