Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Site Officer, with experience in at least two different companies or EPC projects.
- Experienced in construction, engineering, oil & gas, petrochemical, power plant, renewable energy, mining, or industrial projects.
- Local candidate based in Ponorogo, East Java, Indonesia, or nearby areas.
- Able to join as soon as possible.
- Willing to work at the project site under a contract-based employment scheme.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health (K3) regulations, Ministry of Manpower requirements, environmental regulations, company HSE policies, client requirements, and international best practices.
- Conduct routine site inspections to identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and environmental issues, while ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) systems, including hot work, confined space entry, lifting operations, excavation, electrical isolation, and work at height activities.
- Perform Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) for all project activities.
- Review and verify Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Method Statements, and Risk Assessments before work execution.
- Conduct daily safety patrols, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings for employees and subcontractors.
- Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce compliance across the project site.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, prepare investigation reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate emergency response preparedness, including emergency drills and evacuation exercises.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, records, inspection reports, incident reports, and statutory compliance reports.
- Monitor environmental aspects including waste management, pollution prevention, spill control, and housekeeping activities.
- Coordinate with project management, construction teams, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure HSE compliance throughout project execution.
- Support internal and external HSE audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Promote a proactive safety culture through coaching, mentoring, awareness campaigns, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Harus punya keterampilan:
- Good understanding of Indonesian Occupational Safety and Health (K3) regulations, including applicable Ministry of Manpower regulations, environmental regulations, and client HSE requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit to Work (PTW), Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, Lifting Operations, Electrical Safety, and Emergency Response procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
