Kualifikasi:

20 Years Experiences.
Education: S1/S2 in OHS Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Public Health (OHS).
Have Certifications: General OHS Expert (Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia). ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 Lead Auditor. Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training (BOSIET). Permit to Work, H2S Safety, Working at Height, Confined Space Entry. Added value: NEBOSH IGC, Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or QHSE international certificate. SMK3 auditor certificate, API RP 75 compliance, or IOGP Standards awareness.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

HSE System Consulting and Development: Design, evaluate, and develop HSE policies for companies that supply workers to the oil and gas sector. Develop a safety and environmental control system for manpower placement (rig, plant, basecamp, offshore).
Multi-Project HSE Technical Supervision: Supervise the implementation of the workforce HSE system on client projects nationally/internationally. Ensure that each personnel understands and complies with K3 procedures according to the work location.
Audit and Compliance: Prepare and lead external audits (ISO, oil and gas clients, SKK Migas). Prepare RCA, CAPA, and improvement plans for audit results and incidents.
Coaching and Training: Prepare an annual HSE training program for outsourcing workers and technical crews. Become an internal trainer for advanced safety topics (H2S, Confined Space, Fire Safety, Process Safety).
HSE Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze HSE data: LTI, TRIR, near miss, unsafe act/condition. Prepare corporate HSE reports and operational risk mapping.
Coordination with Clients and Regulators: Become a professional HSE liaison with strategic clients and regulatory agencies (SKK Migas, Manpower Agency, KLHK). Ensure the integration of the company's HSE policies with international client standards and expectations.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Able to compile and manage: HIRADC, JSA, PTW System, Emergency Response Plan, Safety Manual, QHSE KPI Dashboard. Project-based HSE system and oil & gas manpower contract. Readiness audit: SKK Migas, ISO, major operator clients (Chevron, Pertamina, Medco, etc.).
Strategic leadership and cross-project team coach.
Able to communicate with global HSE professionals and executive management.
Thorough, objective, and able to compile HSE performance reporting and evaluation systems on a macro scale.
