Kualifikasi:

We are looking for candidates with a background in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related fields, with around 2-5 years of experience in HSE or workplace safety.
Certified in General OHS (AK3U or equivalent) is highly preferred.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring workplace safety, conducting regular safety inspections, and implementing health & safety policies across the production area. You will also be involved in emergency preparedness, safety training, accident investigation, and ensuring compliance with HSE regulations.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Deliver safety training and awareness programs.
Investigate incidents and prepare reports.
Support continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, Problem-solving & analytical thinking, Teamwork & collaboration, High attention to detail, Ability to work under pressure.
Hard Skills: HSE Management System implementation, Risk Assessment (HIRADC / JSA), Safety inspection & audit, Environmental monitoring & compliance, Incident investigation & reporting.
