Kualifikasi:

D3 - S1 or Equivalent.
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience as HSE, prefererably in construction, Manufacturing or energy/electrical sector.
Certified Ahli K3 Umum from Kemnaker (can be verified by Teman K3).
Has attended 1st Aider training.
Has attend Basic Fire Fighting training.
Placement Tangerang.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs on site.
Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Deliver HSE training, safety induction, and toolbox meetings for employees and subcontractors.
Supervise high-risk activities such as lifting operations, working at heights, electrical work, and confined space entry.
Lead or assist in incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
Prepare and maintain HSE reports, documentation, and safety statistics.

Harus punya keterampilan:

Expertise in applying best practice HSE in following skills: Lifting Operations, Working at Heights, Electrical, Civil work & Confined space.
Familiar with ISO 45001 & 14001 standards & implementation on site level.
Able to communicate efectively and deliver training to all worker level for HSE implementation.
Good leadership to manage subcontractor at site.
Familiar with MS Office applications & able to read & write reports in English.
